When the braking unit detects that the bus voltage exceeds the threshold, it connects the braking resistor, converting the regenerative energy into heat and dissipating it, ensuring safe and rapid deceleration and stopping, and preventing inverter overvoltage failure.
PLC or Intelligent Controller: Serves as the logic control core, processing operating instructions, safety interlocks, speed settings, status monitoring, fault diagnosis, etc., and coordinating the operation of multiple inverters (trolleys, trolleys, and hoists).
Contactors and Circuit Breakers: Control the main power supply, isolate the inverter's input and output, and provide protection (overload, short circuit).
Protection Devices: Comprehensive protection circuitry includes protection for overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, short circuit, phase loss, ground fault, and motor stall/overload.
